I have a 1991? yamaha 25,model #25mlhr,serial #403691.It starts and idles fine,but going full throttle for a minute or two and it slows to idle speed and will not speed up again,even after stopping and restarting.Someone said the oil system is messed up and to bypass and mix fuel.How hard would it be to remove,I have a shop manual for it.Where would i look to do this?There is no dealer around my area to turn to.Thanks for any help.
