Fiberglass floor weak spot, how to strengthen it.

I have a 1999 Sea Ray 210 sun deck and between the storage and counsel where you walk through the windshield the floor is weak. It’s the only spot on the floor. It has storage under it and from what I can see and feel it doesn’t seem like it has wood there. There’s no cracks on the top side.
I was wondering if anyone has an idea to strengthen this spot while keeping the storage area open.
My first thought was to glue marine plywood up from the bottom and bracing it on the sides.
