hi, i have a 60hp rude year 85,i cant get her to idle at a low rpm, has soon has i eas the rpm back it cuts out,,allso does this engine have a chargeing sistem on it? if so do i need to get anything for it to charge batts up? thanx all...

Yes! the engine has a charging system. To solve your idle problem you need a manual, then go through the system check's.

thanx for the info,,will it charge batts from the power cables to batt or do i need a separte wires? thanx again

thanx MR Johnson for the info,,1 more thing,will it charge batts direct from the power cables or will it need leeds from output on engine?

You should not need other cables.

No! You don't need any additional wire's. The pos.lead from the charging system connects at the starter solinoid with the battery pos. lead.
