Help Pair of Honda Aquatrax R12's

I just purchased a matching pair of 2004 Honda Aquatrax R12's. One will go a max of 55 and the other will only go 41 and is not idling correctly and the engine stalls randomly while riding. Any suggestions? Only one spark plug appears to be in bad condition.

i would HIGHLY recommend starting by replacing all 4 plugs with the recommended NGK iridium spark plugs. They're quite pricey for plugs, but they made a HUGH difference in my Honda's !! If you have Advance Auto Parts in your area, they the best and cheapest place to find them. $9.99 each !

also check for fuel in the oil some of the fuel injectors like to leak fuel.
