Hi guys, I am a new member to the forums but have been reading threads for a while. I have a small problem with my 92 Johnson. Went fishing today and turned the engine on and off sevral times with no problem. When i got back and was loading up, the engine died while on trailer but stil in water. Went to turn it over and nothing. Got it back to the house and the alarm siren is very faint. I am assuming that my battery drained. The battery is newer and i didnt expect to have any problems with it only starting the boat about 5 or six times to move locations. So my main question is, does my motor have an alternator to charge the cranking battery?? and is it supposed to also power my 2 12v trolling motor batteries?? While fishing I noticed the trolling motor getting weaker so could those batteries have robbed the cranking battery??? Thanks for the help guys!!! (I have the charger going now so I'll see if she cranks in the next few hrs.)
