help with pee hole not peeing very well - 9.8 merc

I know the title of the post sounds like I have an STD...That's not the case though.

I have a 1985 9.8 merc and it's not peeing as well as it used to. I have a new impeller in, and the water pump looks good and clear. The line's are clear too because when I blow through the top (pee hole line) it goes down and out. It hardly spits any water out, it's just steam and sprinkles. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated before I decide to just say F it and take it in.

I thought maybe the water hits the engine, and is evaporating before it even gets a chance to get out...? or maybe the seal is bad at power head.

It used to come out as a strong stream, but not anymore.

Dose the engine have a rubber hose for the pee hole if so I had a smaller engine that had a spider nest in it and it made me over heat the engine once.

Does the water exit from the lower unit/prop? My 200 stopped peeing at one point yet my water pressure gauge was showing good.. I found a nest of some kind in mine... I also confirmed water exits down near the lower unit and will come out the prop a bit too. Some week wacker line later it was peeing like a champ.

yeah it has a rubber hose up top that it pee's out of, but the hose is clear.

It's a pretty new prop (only been out like twice with it) so it's highly unlikely there's some blockage in the prop. I can't tell if water exits from the lower unit while running because it's in water when it's running...
