Mercruiser 165 4cyl with alpha drive I think? Anyway it grinds going into reverse and I have to jam it hard into reverse to get it to work. Just got it back from the mechanic who adjusted the cables because we were having trouble with it not going out of gear when in neutral. I'd take it back to him but it is a fairly long haul down there so was hoping there was a driveway adjustment I could do. Thanks for any help
