Bikinis go on the girlfriend, but a bottom is required as well. Covers are for mooring, traveling on the highway or in the garage to keep the spiders out. Boats have convertible tops if you want an enclosure for bad weather. Or, if you want to stand while driving a bimini top might be the answer.
