Mariner 90 four stroke stalling 2007

Hi all ,

I have an issue with my mariner 90hp 2007 stalling from cold, if the engine is left to warm up 10 minutes plus it runs completely perfect. If you try to throttle from cold the engine stalls. I’m thinking an issue with the fuel enrichment valves ? When I engage the choke I can’t hear anything from the enrichment valves Should I be able to? Would any one have any other ideas what it may be ? It seems to be fuel related. Any help would be much appreciated

Post yer model number as no fuel enrichment valve on a 4 stroke, but it does have a heated primer circuit.
