Minimum Compression required to run?

Hi guys I have a 95 200hp Ocean Runner that has low compression. 80-90 psi on all 6 cylinder. I know it's time for a rebuild but will this motor perform ok with this low of compression. I've read anything under 100 is bad but I'm just wondering if I can get through the fall and rebuild this winter with no problems(due to compression). The motor needs a few more things and I was trying to determine if I should get those parts and go or if I should just hold off and do it all at once.

No I gotta get a powerpack, stator, plugs and wires. Was going to get all that then try to get it running. Wasn't going to rush if I wasn't going to get it out this fall for some Striper. I guess a decarb couldn't hurt anything. Has that shown to increase compression I the past?

If the compression is the same or within 15% on all cylinders, it is fine. A lot of compression gauges are reliable, but inaccurate. A decarb won't hurt, but is not important at this time. Make sure the timing and synch are correct and get her running....

If it's been sitting for a while the compression can be a little low. They say compression should be checked at operating temperature.
