I have started a few days early on my new year's resolution. I will lose 50 pounds before next summer! I know it is a hefty goal (no pun intended
) but I gained this weight only in the last 5 years. Time for it to come off. I have been very busy with other things in my life. Time to focus on health and getting through doorways again
.<br /><br />The plan: Work out 5 times a week in the mornings. I have been working out off and on (much more off) for the last year and a half which has helped me to already lose 30 pounds. That's right, I was 80 pounds chunked out! Yikes. I will be counting my calories and using slimfast because it is easy. I am taking pictures tonight of my fatness
and will take follow-up pics once a month. Once I get to my goal (190 pounds) I'll post them for you to mock and print out to use as target practice. For few of you who know me personally, I don't do resolutions lightly but it will still be a big challenge in the time-frame.<br /><br />Please share your own personal resolutions (not wishes) to thousands of fellow boating strangers!
