2 problems-Bind in steering near full turn-calble seems to jerk at tube when the bind occurs. At full turn very loud , almost harmonic vibration from rear of engine at center quiet (in neutral) but increases with engine speed only at near full turn., not PS pump or belt. It is an AQ271 duoprop bout 1989 vintage. Any thoughts. JAYDEE79

Remove the upper gear box, and check the ujoints and see if there is water in the bellows. You could also have water in the bearings in the flywheel cover housing which will give you rusty bearings.
