Power Trim Wiring at the Helm

I swapped motors on my Sidewinder and put a Mercury 850 on it that has power trim. The boat it came off of had the old style 3 button tilt/trim buttons. It is old and ugly and I was wondering if I could buy 2 rocker switches such as an on-off-on momentary rocker switch for up/down functions; and then a separate on-off momentary rocker switch for the trailer function. Would that work and if so, how would the wiring look? I have the 4 wires that come from the pump. The red, green, blue and purple............Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

It should be simple enough.
Mine only has a 3 wire, but one is common power, and one is up, one is down.
Only problem you will have doing it your way, is if you switch both at the same time, I don't think the trim motor will like it, and you will probably burn out a fuse.

After reading more, I think the purple is for the trim limit. I am thinking I can just bypass that. We will see.....
