I was given a 89 Teka Z188 that had been sitting for about a year and I want to find out anything I can about this boat. Its got a Volvo 4 with a Penta 275 outdrive. The boat was running and doing fine until the previous owner tried to put it on the trailer sideways and broke the tilt mechanism and the prop. I can also see a crack in part of the collar (about 10 oclock, it looks like a hose outlet but no hose is/was there) as it goes thru the transom. Hard to describe really.<br /><br />Opinions of Teka's or the motor and I/O?<br />I've got 50 bucks in it so far from driving and getting it and I'm wondering if its gonna be worth it.<br /><br />First boat project!
