Question for Don S (or anyone else that knows how)

Don-<br />Is there a preferred way to wire up two batteries and two inboard engines. I have an OFF-1-BOTH-2 battery switch currently. If I run both engines off one battery will that cause a problem because both alternators will be charging the one battery? If I troll with one engine off one battery will that hurt the other engine/alternator? My first thought would be no because the other engine key will be off, but I want to make sure. Do you have an diagrams? Thanks<br />Walt
