I have less than 7 days left until I deploy. I qualified on the M-16 today. I am almost completely out-processed from the unit and base. I have the final briefing on Friday. I leave on Wed. <br />I will have limited email access, but not access to iboats. Uncle Sam doesn't like forum use on his computers.<br />I will be back sometime in early July.<br /><br />See you all then.<br /><br />AK Chappy

I will be taking a copy of my .pst with all the old emails in it with me.<br />Gonna be a lot of work. The guy I am replacing has had two days off in four months.<br />We fly a lot and I will be one of two Production Supervisors over there. We will need to cover 24/7 operations. I will send back some pictures of the camel spiders and other interesting things. I am actually looking forward to going. Sounds weird doesn't it? My wife is very capable of handling anything that comes up. There is a great group of people for support back here. My boys are all old enough to take care of themselves if need be. So, that will make this trip a lot easier for me.<br /><br />Thanks for all the kind words from all. I plan on doing a lot of studying and exercise while there. I hope to lose 25-30 lbs. I would like to return weighing a whopping 165 or so.<br />Maybe a couple of "family friendly" before and after shots will be posted <br /><br />AK Chappy
