Hello everyone I am new to this forum.I am looking for a repair and service manual for a 1985 454 cid mercury crusader marine inboard engine any leads. Also can I find it somewhere used?Thank you Chipper1000

Welcome aboard chipper,

I moved this thread to Non-Repair I/O and Inboard. If you look above in this section you will see the Adults Only sticky. Take a look in there although we don't have anything there for a Crusader but you mention Mercury as well. I am not aware of a direct connection between Mercury (Mercruiser) and Crusader. I am sure others will come along here and might be able to help.

Mercruiser and Crusader are two different companies. They both marinize engines, and they have both used the GM 454.

Typically, Mercs are painted black and Crusader was blue. Pictures could help, especially the exhaust and distributors as they used different ones.
