From the beginning, I replaced the battery and had the starter replaced. The problem is that the outboard barely cranks but fires almost before it seems like the battery is drained. I leave it running for awhile, and it fires up ok. I drive 1 hr to the lake and it barely fires. I leave it running the entire day. If I shut it off, it won't even fire for 1 hour. Then like magic, it fires with full power. Very strange. Any thoughts are much appreciated. Thanks. The year of the motor is a 95 (yr) 120 Force. Mark4192@charter.net <br />
