Hi Folks. Looked at some of the older posts on this but getting nowhere.. Its an older Johnson 110. The Engine turns fine when steering arm disconnected. The steering cable also. The "Steering Ram" (Stainless Steel Bar) Won't budge. Should I try a penetrating oil to free it up? PS.. Worked fine , right up until last years last trip!
