These two propellers are both made by the same company and I don't think you'll notice very much of a difference between them. If anything, the Turbo is supposed to be slightly more aggressive in design.
I'd pick the one with the hub-kit you prefer (pressed-in rubber hub or user-replacable Guardian hub) or at the best price you can find. At Boatownersworld.com there's currently a sale going on for the versions with the pressed-in hub, but the prices here at iBoats are better for the new Stilettos with the Guardian hub. Ordering from abroad is a pain here at iBoats (especially if you want it delivered within the US), but if you contact the iBoats customer service, they're very helpful.
Make sure you get all the parts needed and that you get the right version for your specific engine (the Yamaha 2002+ F60 has a 13-tooth spline and the 2003+ T60 a 15-tooth spline).
