Thank you for helping me finally find exactly the right prop.

As you may recall from a previous thread, I've tried several props with limited success. Should have listened to Walleyehed from the beginning, as the 22P was exactly right.

Just to recap: 21' boat with 120 hp inboard. Approximate dry weight of boat is 3100 lbs. Recommended WOT at 4200-4400. Rev limiter at 4450 rpm.

Here's how they all compare:

Black Max alu 23P, 32.5 knots, 4200 rpm WOT
Ballistic SS 21P, 34.5 knots, 4450 rpm WOT, over-rev + ventilation
Turbo SS 3-blade 23P, 35.5 knots, 4050 rpm WOT
Stiletto SS 21P, 34.7 knots, 4450 rpm WOT, over-rev
Turbo SS 4 blade 22P, 34.5 knots, 4400 rpm WOT

So, the 4-blade landed the RPM's exactly where they should be, and the ride was great. It would not ventilate, kept a good grip, and gave a nice stable ride. Not quite as fast as a three-blade, but fast enough.

The venting seems to work well on this setup. With the vented 4-blade, holeshot has never been as good.

I'll happily keep the 4-blade Turbo on the boat, keep the Black Max as a spare, and hope the summer lasts a bit longer...

Thanks again for all your help.
