Throttle/shifter on Larson 2001 190 lxi

I do I remove the shifter/throttle from a Larson 190 LXi 2001. We traced our power to the shifter, but coming out of the shifter we have no power. I think that the neutral kill is broken so it will not let power go to the starter. We have unbolted the shifter but can't get the shifter level off and it should come off so that the module will be available for testing. I don't know what brand it is but the neutral button is in the middle of the throttle and pushing that in allows you to start the boat in neutral.

Hi there, what engine model do you have in your boat?

Would you be able to post a photo of the shifter?

Edit, looking back at your past threads, I see you have a Volvo 4.3 GL.
