Turn signals don't work 88 gr. wagoneer

I have an 88 Grand Wagoneer, and my turn signals won't work. I had the switch replaced {at GRAND expense} 2 years ago. The signals & hazards both work off of the same fuse. The hazards work just fine, all lights work when engaged. The turn signals will not light at all. I have tried to locate a manual with no success. Does anyone out there have any experience with this sort of thing, or could point me to some good links? I have a tester, but don't know how to use it in this case. I'm glad my boat doesn't have turn signals! Thanks, Jeff

Flasher it is. They are so hard to see,{and get at} I didn't know there were 2. Thanks a bunch.Jeff
