volvo 275 outdrive shift mechanism

i have a volvo 275 outdrive i need to install the shift mechanism back onto drive as i have changed the seal and o-ring though in the manual it does not specify how much lbs of torque to torque the 4 bolts. does anyone have an idea?

Never torqued those before, nothing in the manual. I just use the calibrated wrist and tighten it down. It's just a little 1/4-20 bolt.
