weird black cylinder

im doing some work on my boat and ran into this weird thing have now clue what it is any one know


and then this white and red one




both are located in the back of the boat by the motor

They both appear to be motors of some sort. I would say bilge pump and live well pump.

2nd one clearly says livewell on it,first one don't look to be a pump,besides the wire is cut. Could it be a capacitor?
I think some boat system studying is in order.

The red and white thing is a rule brand pump of some sort. Is it just laying there? If so, look around for a base with a SS screen for it to snap into. If you find the base, it is a garden-variety bilge pump, avail at most any marine store.

The second think might be a water level indicator that queues an alarm if the boat starts sinking.

look for a black plastic base with 2 clips on the sides that's what the white pump with the red top clips on to.

The black cylinder looks like an RF choke/noise reducer for the power to the electronics. If so it just filters the power so you don't get a lot of noise into the radio from the power line. it looks like it's no longer connected to anything.

Isn't the black one a blower motor without the hoses hooked up to it?

And the other is a bilge/live well pump. Any hoses around it, and if so, where do the lead to?

yep...
The black one is a filter for radio equipment

The live well pump is hoked up correct. It's mounted on a bulkhead

On second look? whats the hole in the bottom right maybe that's where the bulkhead should be, But it looks like its hanging there. Must be the view angle hiding the bulkhead

there are hoses that are around it lead to the back of the boat but they are all connected to drainage holes that empty or pump the water back to the fish box
