What does TCW3 stand for ?

Well, the first "rated" oil was TCW, or "Two-Cycle, Water-cooled", then along came TCW2.

"3" is the latest iteration of the TCW oil. Someday we'll get TCW4, who knows? It's been TCW3 for quite a while.
