whats the correct prop 5.7 mag mpi bravo1

Just bought a 2005 regal 2250 and its got a 5.7 mag in it. The prop is a 4 blade stainless 19 pitch prop. I was running it for the 1st time and got it at wot to 53 mph and 5500rpm. I tought that was high rpms for a marine engine and after reading up on props was wondering if the low pitch prop might be the cause of that. i just wanted to ask the community what was standard pitch for a boat my size with this engine.
I need a spare blade and wad thinking of getting a 3 blade 21 or 23 to improve fuel mileage when going long distances.
Whats your take on this?

Can anyone help me out, im goig to buy a new one today and would not want to buy the wrong one. From other posts ive read im thinking of getting a 23pitch 3 blade prop

I would go with the 23 for just cruising with normal loads, but the 21 if skiiing or tubing or cruising at full loads is on your agenda.
