I'm a huge movie buff and have many favorites. I just read where the movie Patton, one of my alltime favs was added to the National Film Registry.

George C. Scott is seen portraying General George S. Patton in a scene from the 1970 film 'Patton.' The movie was one of 25 films added to the Library of Congress (news - web sites)' National Film Registry on December 16, 2003. This year's selections, bringing to 375 the number of movies added to the registry since it was established in 1989, span nearly 100 years of motion pictures dating back to an 1894 attempt by pioneering film engineer W.K.L. ****son of the Thomas Edison Company to combine film images with sound.

This was an awesome choice. Wonderful movie about an incredible man!

What are y'alls favorites.
