I'm saying this because your question does not hold enough info for anybody to come up with an answer.<br />Choosing a prop is not done only from the boat size and hp - far from!<br /><br />You state 15hp to 16 foot and want best top end? To be honest there wont be much top end with 15hp. Put a few persons and some gear into the boat and you'll find yourself pluttin' around at pretty low speed..
