I pulled my alpha 1 and replaced water pump. Reinstalled in forward gear. I can't get lock in reverse. Tried cable adjustments. No luck. If I remove barrel on upper shift cable and leave it in front of post it would be good. I can't seem to get anywhere. I have read threads and not seeing anything I find helpful.I have separated and put drive together making sure its locked in forward more than once. Any help would be appreciated.
