Prior to applying a vinyl conditioner, clean surface first with the Vinyl Cleaner ensuring no stains are set in. They vinyl protectant will also adhere to the surface better and last longer.
Apply vinyl conditioner with Premium Microfiber Towel or a Microfiber Applicator.
