- The five chamber Aqua Jet WPS provides a reliable heart for small boat and recreational vehicle water pressure systems.
- Whisper quiet operation. Self-priming.
- Pressure switch standard.
- Pressure cut-off: 41 PSI (2.8 bar).
- Connection: 3/8” NPT/hose 1/2”, 1/2” NPT, 3/4” hose.
- Optional inlet strainer 09-24653 before the pump intake.
- Seal improvement: Enhance the seal between the motor and pump using a gasket.
- End cup removal: Remove the back-end cup to shorten the pump and improve corrosion resistance.
- Spot welding replacement: Eliminate spot welding through the stator pipe (“motor cover”) and the current mild steel bracket that can corrode. Instead, use a plastic bracket clamp so the pump can be rotated and mounted at different angles.
- Surface treatments: All surfaces - Cleaned by zinc-manganese phosphating. External surfaces - All visible external surfaces will have double coating (E-coating + Powder coating). Switch from black to grey powder coating. Internal surfaces - All non-visible internal surfaces, including bearing seats, location diameters, and mating part surfaces, will have E-coating. Threads - Will be E-coated.
