Connection: 3/8” BSP and 1/2” hose barb.
Seal improvement: Enhance the seal between the motor and pump using a gasket.
End cup removal: Remove the back-end cup to shorten the pump and improve corrosion resistance.
Spot welding replacement: Eliminate spot welding through the stator pipe (“motor cover”) and the current mild steel bracket that can corrode. Instead, use a plastic bracket clamp where the pump can be possible to rotate and mount in different angles.
Surface treatments: All surfaces - Cleaned by zinc-manganese phosphating. External surfaces - All visible external surfaces will have double coating (E-coating + Powder coating). Switch from black to grey powder coating. Internal surfaces - All non-visible internal surfaces, including bearing seats, location diameters, and mating part surfaces, will have E-coating. Threads - Will be E-coating.
