Jimmy Styksar Vacuum Bagged Construction
Serving a function of beauty and strength, our vacuum bagged construction employs the best material composition we have to offer. We start with a 2 lb fta Expanded Polystyrene blank with a a 1/4 inch stringer. A real bamboo veneer sandwiched between two layers of 6 oz. fiberglass/epoxy glass is applied to the deck and a two layer 6 oz. fiberglass/epoxy glass schedule is applied to the bottom. A final clear coat is applied and polished to a beautiful, lasting luster.
