Force 120hp Prop

I have just purchased a Panache 17 foot with a 1999 Force 120 hp on the back.<br />It is going to be used primarily for skiing.<br /><br />Can anyone tell me what the best prop is for this purpose ?<br /><br />Many thanks<br /><br />Mike

Welcome to iboats, Mike.<br />The stock prop is all you'll need for this boat.

Hey Panache, whats it like skiing down there? Must be exciting!!! Gators, crocodiles, anacondas, piranah. Maybe I've been watching too much discovery. <br /><br />Good luck with boat.....Doug

Thanks 12 footer. Being a new boat owner (well I did have another rig but that was a very cheap runner with no performance)I'm sure I will be in here with more questions and as I grow more experienced hopefully some answers. <br /><br />Sorry if this question is a little naive but is the stock prop a 17" Aluminium ?<br /><br />Thanks<br /><br />Mike

LOL Far too much Discovery Channel Doug<br /> Of what you have mentioned we only have crocodiles in South Africa and certainly not where we are skiing which is predominanly a place called Clanwilliam Dam about 22O km (140 miles) north of Cape Town.<br /><br />Thanks for the wishes I'll let you know how it goes<br /><br />Mike
