Can anyone tell me what the fuel mix ratio is for this engine?

50:1 1 pint per 6.25 gal.TCW3 oil

ob...whats the easiest way to adjust the carbs?..andfor someone who is not mechanically inclined...do ya think it would be worth it for me to buy the manual?

strike, I strongly agree with macojoe.Your motor manual will become the bible of your motor.It will familiarize you with several specifics unique to your model and offer good tips in maintaining.
