toilet problem

I have a manual jabsco toilet, it will pump waste out but no water in?? (have to pour water in bowl) toilet was put in less than a year ago. Any ideas whats wrong.<br /><br />thanks for any help<br />alman

You need to open the valve in the hull to allow sea water to enter the bowl and switch the lever on the bowl away from dry flush

I have the same problem with my toilet and I have the sea water intake open (duh!). I think my problem is a bad upper gasket with the valves attached. I'm going to send for a new one to see if this cures my problem.
