Dandy Lions have taken over in the front yard.
Anyone know of a product (like a one step) cure?
All the month of July I havent even used the bag on the mower because only the Dandy Lions are green and growing! Arrrrg

Thanks
"Weed & Feed" From Home depot, or wherever.

Worked for me. Also darkens and richens the grass.

Killed them all off in under a week for me this spring. Never came back either.

Good luck!
One more vote for weed and feed. K mart, Home Depot, any brand. Just follow the directions on the bag. Good stuff. (SS is right, though, about the yellow stains. They are to be avoided)!
Link, I have used Scotts Bonus S Weed and Feed, and have had great results with it. This year though, due to semi neglect since Ivan, The back was really infested with dandilions and dollarweed. I used a tag team approach. Put out the weed and feed then I used a hose end sprayer with Ortho Weed B Gone and between the two, we have no more dandilions. Takes about a week before they are all gone.
SS I'll take your word on the stained ones...
Thanks people as I really didnt think it was going to be that simple.
Need to go to hardware store tomorrow anyway.
Stratosfied: I think Im going to use your approach as the yard is at least 75% Dandy Lions

Will post with results
Thanks again all
