Well, it looks like we will be getting a new lift installed sometime between now and the first of the year. Nice lift for a hobby lift.

Bend-Pak Lift

This going to so great to have, no more crawing around on the floor.

That certainly isnt a problem, Boss has a great insulated heated shop, plus another heated insulated shop just to store cars in. large commercial compressor and if I need a tool I have charge accounts all over town. :D Money seems not to be an object when it comes to the cars. (Just spent $49.00 for a gear shift knob), The motel people hate me because they have to beg for new vacume cleaners, but I can buy anything I want. :p

The bend-pak is a fine lift, no cables, chains, or pullies to deal with. :)

Cool beans LD! My friend is wanting me to go in on his business. He just rented a very large shop and has 2 of those lifts (not same brand) to be installed. I think his idea is that I install them for him. Must be a trusting individual!

I like the new ones over the old inground pneumatic type. The EPA has gone around and pretty much forced all the garages to pull out their inground units. Something about it can cantaminate the ground water. I think it is BS, but the new style does make it easier to access the bottom of the vehicle.

Now all ya need is tranny jacks and the accessories to go with it!

LMAO ZmOz!

LD, let me know how they anchor the posts. I don't think they just drill holes in the floor and use anchors to bolt it down. Just wondering if a hole needs to be dug with all-thread sticking out and concrete poured in. Sorta like they do for light posts and signs. If I install one, I surely don't want it to fall over....especially on me! or anyone else for that matter! Thanks!

I hope this is a joke OZ, these things should have "Widowmaker" all over them. There is nothing more dangerous than cinderblocks under a car.
