Ok maybe you can help. Heres the problem- 03 Expi w/rear air. When the ac is on max if you give it just a little bit more pedal than a light touch the air quits in the vents and goes to the defrost vents. If you gun it for a minute and then back all the way out (making a high vaccum condition) it will return to the regular vents. It will do this quite often when the ac is set on the regular position also. Very frusterating when its 90+ degress.

there should be a vacuum check valve in the system I will check with a buddy of mine that works at ford and see if he can tell me where it is they used to be on the fire wall.
