Property values will go up! Actually this area is under seige by the inner city folks, time for flathead to leave. <br /><br />Jb I am not sure where the party will be just yet! Still have not made an agreement on a new place, but maybe tomorrow. All You guys are all invited to the shindig when ever, and where ever that will be
