97 120 force prop

got a 97 force 120 need to know what type of prop is a good size for it for just out the hole and going across the lake nothing fancy right now have a 21'quiksilver on it its on a 17 skeeter bass boat

i have a 1998 force 120 on a 17 triton boat,i have a 13by 23ss it seems to run good ive got a 22 pitch laser 2 its a 13/1/2 diameter.its not as good as the 23 pitch i think it the 1/2 diameter i dont know so try to buy a 13 diameter prop.maybe a stiletto or propco.is your prop a ss or alu.

Diameter has little to do with it unless you are compensating for it with a jackplate.<br />More commonly, the blade design is much different<br />To give any advice, we need the max RPM it will turn with the prop you have now, and which model of Q.S. prop is it???

i didnt give any advice i gave him what props ive run on my force motor.his max rpm will be the same as mine 5250.

I don't buy that...I want the Max RPM he achieves with the prop he has.<br />If he adds how the boat performs, that may change what prop is needed also.<br />The max "recommended"...yes, 5250.
