Okay the outside is near finished and my plan was to just be ready for fishing. The '67 motor just got a workover from me.... de-carbed (which raised the compression back up), points, coils, condensors, tonight it got a new impellar, new intake gasket, even a new thermostat. It's fishing ready now if the rain would only stop ....

It's a 1963 Starcraft with a 67 Rude Fastwin 18.... it has the same lines as PONY's boat too. I guess the designers were not too innovative back then.

Nice fishing rig Bob. Looks nice and should be manuverable and fairly easy to launch and recover. 8)

i installed ezy guide sticksteering, and remote control to the middle seat, so mine would plane with just me. damn it is the most fun i've ever had in a boat, and i've had big and little ones. this is just quick and responsive, and amazingly likes rough water. mine's a 1960 Lonestar 14' commander w/ 1955 15 hp rude.
