1963 Mercury 9.8 Merc 110

Does anyone know where I can get a propeller bushing for this model? I have been told that it is discontinued. I would even settle for a new/used propeller.

Try Grubbs at www.oldmercs.com or the Webvertize ads at http://www.aomci.org Can't be that hard to find. Good luck.

I have tried oldmerc.com, and was not successful. I prefer to get just the bushing because the prop is in good shape. Every prop shop I try tell me it's obsolete so they don't carry it.

Try the webvertize ads at http://www.aomci.org of one of the sites off their Links page. If the bushing was stock as part of the prop, you may need to spring for a new prop...or watch the auction site for either or both.

go down to king bearing outlet or anyother and they can probable match, also i get my seals there

Your old propeller bushing has to be pressed in and any propeller shop should be able to help you

The 6 spline center is the problem. I think they went to 8 spline in 68 or 69. I found a couple on ebay and bought them because no one else has them.
