I know the question sounds rediculous, but as of yet I have not seen any proof that there are any, This is a 1960's 14' performer flat bottom. ( if you know anything more about it pls let me know.) When she was given to me I noticed a little rot where the gas tank sits. I poked around a bit and noticed the flooring rested on the hull, with only fiberglass holding it in place. Will this be the easiest floor replacement ever or is she a lost cause. Keep in mind this is my first restore.

Pic link is not working. Odds are, based on your description, if there are any stringers, they will be quite small and easy to repair. You may indeed have the easiest floor repair, second only to aluminum boat floor jobs (those are bolt and go, can't get easier than that).

Looks like you are trying to load pictures directly from your hard drive to the message. You need to read the FAQ's about loading pictures and you will need a picture hosting service. Lots of free ones out there like photobucket.com.

In my boat, also basically flat bottomed, the stringers are only 2 x 2 and the floor is very close to the hull. Check out my shareaproject and let me know if your boat is similar.
