1987 Force 85 hp no fire

I just bought a 1987 bayliner capri and it ran just fine this morning for about an hour. I parked at the dock and when I tried to start it 20 min. latter it wouldn't. There is no spark on any of the three plugs. Now what?

First, check the safety kill switch.

Second, buy a repair manual and troubleshoot the stator, for starters.

I have ordered a manual but it won't be here in time for this weekend, so I was hoping to maybe find out what ohms the stator and trigger should produce and anything on checking the cd's.

Stator ohms not listed in my manual.
Just a minimum voltage output of 210 peak/dva
Same on the cd outputs, 210 minimum peak/dva
