FOR THE ABOVE LINK USE SERIAL #7175389, I USED POSTAL CODE: S7H 5A2. I have the tillotson carb.

I bought a carb kit (with packing)(part number 1399-5135) that came with 1 fuel pump diaphram(part 20) and 2 fuel pump gaskets(parts 21 and 23).(also bowl seals 10,12 and gasket 43) It also came with strainer seal(part 28 ). There is a small o ring I believe to be part 39 and and small seal I believe to be part 31. Why does it not come with the other diaphram(part 24)? Is it not needed? Yet on the other kit(1399-5137) which was 3 dollars less it is in that kit. I want to put it back together but not without that other diaphram.

Any insight would be very much appreciatted.

Also I have to go back and get a float and needle so I can hopefully get the other diaphram. This motor has sat for 6-10 years I am told. should I be replacing any other carb components, jet, seat ,etc.?

have you by chance removd lower leg from yr 7.5?? I cant get mine off,ive undone 6 nuts at top and 2 x nuts on lower end-HELP Pls??
