I'm thinking it's going to be in the '50's somewhere. I think Monkey Ward sold them and they were OMC productions that looked like Gale and Buccaneers of the era. As I recall they were painted blue. Most Johnny and Rude parts would fit them other than sheetmetal.

It's a '47-'48 3hp engine built by the Gale division of OMC and sold to Goodyear for them to sell in their stores. You probably know OMC's other outboard divisions Johnson and Evinrude.
