To the people of West Palm Beach county we here in Wisconsin and Illinois would like to apologize for the unfair reputation of being the nations most inept voters you thought you had rightfully earned. That distinction belongs to us. And now this genius wants to run for elected office. The irony is just chilling.

Riley, 69, the former CEO of the University of Illinois Medical Center and a former law professor at Loyola University, is running for a state senate seat in Milwaukee.
