My 1999 lewmar electric windlass for my 30 foot century only works in one direction(up) and not down. Any suggestions for removal or obtaining spare parts for repair

Check your control solenoid- they can fail. Also check wiring for corrosion or opens. Motor is obviously good since it goes up!

Coooouuuld be the switch also. But would agree with bajadude, it's probably the control solenoid or wire problem.
